RETURN POLICY

What is your Return Policy?

 

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have twenty days from the date that you received your order.

• For sanitary reasons, any items used are not eligible for returns.

• Items must be in its original packaging with tags and must contain a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

• Original shipping is non-refundable.

• If an item is considered returnable, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase minus the shipping cost.

• Customers are responsible for paying postage to send back to everyBODY Fitness Gear unless the product was damaged in the shipping process.

• Returns and cancellations are subject to a deduction of the original form of payment processing fees.

• If you send a used item back, you will not receive a refund and you will be responsible for the shipping to get the used item back to you.

• We only process refunds, no exchanges. You can send the item back and as long as it meets our requirements, you will be refunded. Then you can place a new order.

• We encourage questions and feedback. We cannot fix an issue unless we know.
